Client Services Associate

The Client Service Associate is a key contributor in effectively delivering quality market research projects in a way that consistently results in the highest level of client satisfaction in pursuit of our mission to be a reliable, repeatable data collection partner - for life. The Client Service Associate is an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to successfully manage multiple project tasks, in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Project Consultants with tasks and deliver the highest level of service in an ever-changing, fast turnaround environment
- Technical aptitude to grow knowledge in various market research tools, primarily online sampling DIY tools
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
- Takes pride in their work, stays positive, and goes above and beyond to build trusting relationships within the team, across departments, and most importantly, with clients
- Always strives to deliver results by being solution-oriented and a team player
- Is flexible and embraces change to help make the business successful
- Prompt, proactive, and consultative management with a focus on solutions for clients and team members
- Clearly and effectively communicates project metrics, timelines, and other details pertaining to handoffs to colleagues
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
**Experience**:
Experience in fieldwork, quantitative market research, or project management experience is a plus.
**Other**:
- Knowledge of DIY sampling platforms is a plus
