Ict Helpdesk Administrator

**DUTIES**
- Provide First Line Support on ICT related incidents as experienced by the client staff
- Manage and Maintain the Helpdesk system to facilitate fast and efficient management of calls
- Allocate calls to Technicians and manage Technician tasks to make sure that all calls are resolved timely
- Assess and categorise calls according to SLA requirements
- Provide reporting on all Technician call status and SLA performance
- Ensure problems and issues are systematically tracked, escalated accordingly and followed up on in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues while working on short-term and long-term ICT projects
- Assist in the provisioning of User Accounts, Computer Accounts on Line of Business Systems as required by the client
- Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention to Systems Administrator and Network Administrator
- Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes
- Maintain hardware and software inventory
**MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS**
- 3 year’s Service Desk experience in Information & Communication Technology environment.
- Matric
- CompTia A+
- Speak fluent English and Zulu.
- Good interpersonal skills and Strong Customer Service
**SALARY**
- Market Related. Negotiable
**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
