**Minimum requirement**:

- Diploma in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or related discipline.
- Quality certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Technician, Six Sigma) are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven experience (3years) in quality assurance or quality control roles, preferably in a plastic packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to plastic packaging.
- Familiarity with quality control techniques, statistical process control (SPC), and inspection methodologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies to maintain and enhance product quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits to assess the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), inspection reports, and quality records.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues, address customer complaints, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures, best practices, and quality improvement techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes related to plastic packaging quality assurance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality specifications, perform supplier audits, and evaluate their performance.
