**The following rewarding career opportunity in Human Resources exists for a proactive and dynamic individual. The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of initiatives, processes and systems that facilitate capacity building for optimal delivery and performance effectiveness.**

**Key Responsibility Areas will include the following**:

- ** Coordinate and support the implementation of strategic capacity development programmes and initiatives.**:

- ** Assess, identify, and research learning and development programmes to address the development needs of staff.**:

- **Enable and administer the people development and advancement frameworks, programmes, and processes to ensure high performance.**:

- **Support facilitation and implementation of organisational development and culture change related interventions.**:

- ** Administer and enable the monitoring of capacity development programmes and initiatives.**

**Core Requirements**:

- ** 3 Year Qualification (National Diploma/Degree) in Human Resources or related qualification/field.**:

- ** 3-5 years’ experience in a Training and Development and/or Organisational Development environment.**:

- **Sound knowledge of Skills Development Facilitation and applicable legislation.**:

- ** Solid understanding of Change Management best practice.**:

- ** Ability to establish Project Management and Reporting systems for all Learning and Development initiatives.**:

- ** Accuracy and attention to detail.**

**Added Advantage**
- **A post-graduate qualification in Human Resources or related qualification.**:

- **Accredited Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) Training.**

**A salary in the region of R470 850 per annum, cost-to-company will be negotiated in consideration of experience and qualifications.**
