We are looking for a motivated
**Senior IT Auditor** with specialisation in Cybersecurity to join our Group Assurance function. We offer a unique insight into Glencore’s worldwide business. Glencore’s Group Assurance function applies innovative practices to provide assurance and advisory services to the company’s stakeholders. We will also fully support you in your professional development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and delivering risk-based cybersecurity, technology, and data related assurance and advisory engagements:

- Undertake audit planning, preparing work programmes, and conducting audit procedures in line with relevant Glencore standards and industry leading practices
- Perform real time stress testing of internal controls through ethical hacking, and simulation of risk and fraud scenarios
- Identify control gaps, weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and understand root causes
- Preparing final audit reports, forming conclusions, and agreeing action plans with management
- Monitoring assurance activities are delivered with high quality and per agreed timeframes
- Provide coaching and upskill existing IT security audit capabilities
- Build longstanding stakeholder relationships and develop a strong understanding of the technology used to support business processes
- Understand current and emerging technology risks and use this knowledge to provide relevant insights
- Involvement in assurance planning and risk assessment activities, such as the assurance universe
- Propose relevant assurance topics for inclusion and prioritisation in our annual assurance plan
- Contribute to our technology and data assurance strategy and generate ideas to help improve processes
- Undertake relevant business projects, ad hoc investigations and any other reviews as required
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 10 years of IT audit and/or advisory experience focusing on cyber security and IT control topics including network security; identity and access management; information and technical security; systems development and changes; incident management and systems resilience and use of third-party services
- Strong understanding of IT control and security frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO27001)
- Audit certification (e.g., CIA, CISA, CA) is expected. Ethical hacking qualifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH) would be advantageous. Certifications in InfoSec management and operations (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are valuable
- Familiar with latest cybersecurity trends, incidents, hacking techniques and security solutions
- Prior experience in designing and implementing cybersecurity frameworks, transformation programs and projects to protect an organisation from cyber threats-attacks and data loss
- Proficient use of analytical tools (IDEA, Alteryx) and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Good attention to detail with analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
- Responsible for work assigned to achieve excellence, is self-motivated, innovated and takes initiative
- Good team player with a high level of trust and integrity
- Enthusiastic, flexible work attitude and can work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - any additional language considered is a plus
- Motivation to travel up to 20% world-wide
