We're looking for a senior digital marketing manager to join our team. The position is fully remote, with flexible hours, but operating mainly on South African business hours.

**Responsibilities**:
Optimise and oversee large and complex Google Ads campaigns to deliver on CPA and ROI targets You're a Google Ads pro with a knack for managing high-performing and high-spending accounts. You'll ensure we smash CPA and ROI client targets.
Manage and upskill junior Google Ads specialists You love to share your expert Google Ads knowledge. We need you to guide and develop junior specialists, making them future PPC stars.
Lead SEO strategy development for your clients, and oversee the execution of SEO work to ensure we deliver on revenue growth targets You know how to optimise websites for top search engine results. You'll lead SEO strategy development for clients, ensuring their revenue growth.

**Key requirements**:
Over five years of client-facing experience with strong presentation and communication skills and a genuine love for building exceptional client relationships
Over five years of successfully creating and optimising large Google Ads accounts (over R100,000 per month), with a strong background in managing SEO strategies for companies with multiple locations
Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey Google Ads and SEO strategies and results to C-suite executives
Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, GSC, GTM, and SEMRush (or similar)

**Bonus requirements**:
Any tertiary qualification that includes marketing, research, data analysis, SEO, or SEM
Google Ads certified on Skillshop (at least three valid certifications)
GA4 certified on Skillshop (just a bonus skill to have)
