- To manage and lead a team in providing high quality service to relevant stakeholders, whilst being mindful of risk, process and compliance adherence in order to create greater efficiencies**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Grade 12; Relevant NQF5 qualification in Management and Leadership advantageous
- Minimum 5 years banking experience; supervisory experience advantageous
- General knowledge of the banking sector
- Extensive knowledge of Corporate Banking
- Knowledge of banking risk and compliance
- Knowledge of all Transactional Banking activities
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Good judgement and problem solving abilities
- Sound management skills
- Able to work in a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment
- Ability to handle conflict
- Technical Pre-requisite:
