Inpower, which is part of the Faircape Group which constitutes a group of companies with interests in a number of activities including Healthcare, Retirement Holdings, Telecommunication Communications, Utility Management, Infrastructure Installation, Property Management and related activities.
We are looking for an organised and professional **Administrator** who will ensure that all administration is up to date as well as optimal stock levels are maintained and managed for our Inpower, Water & Utility, Fibre and CCTV departments.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Organising purchase orders, project codes, procurement / stock, invoices and payments etc.
- Assisting other departments (CCTV, Water, Fibre) with similar tasks if and when necessary
- To compare and check invoices and purchase orders against confirmed quantities to ensure accurate accounting of all stock received
- Working closely with the sales administrator to ensure all administration has been attended to
- Supporting the sales administrator with any other tasks related to internal sales processes
- Assist with preparation of quotes and proposals when required
- Sending out quotes and following up
- Building a good working relationship with other departments to ensure that all required administrative work is carried out
**Requirements**:
Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the solar/back-up industry required/highly advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and their components, highly advantageous.

- Outgoing energetic personality
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Well spoken with excellent phone manners
- Multilingual would also be beneficial
- Self motivated and highly organised

We offer Barista produced coffee available all day to all our staff at Claremont.
Normal working hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 until 17h00 with a 45 minute lunch break. The company allows employees, by approval of the direct manager, to work flexi-time between 07h00 and 18h00.
With centrally located and modern offices just across from Cavendish in Claremont, Faircape offers a market-related salary from R 20 000 Cost to Company per month.The amount offered will be dependent on qualifications, experience and other market related factors.
