An exciting opportunity in our admin/customer service department for an energetic and driven individual in cape town. The employee will be required to assist with customer service, client interaction and administration.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with clients telephonically and electronically
Updating existing and new client info & record keeping (workflows/tasks)
Data capturing
Maintain relationships with clients
Produce reports and feedback to the management team
Assist with customer escalations and resolutions
COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Knowledge of industry’s professional terminology
ADMINISTRATIVE/ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS:
Systematic, consistent and structured approach to work
Excellent attention to detail -takes pride in work
Highly organised and efficient
Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong administrative skills
Proactive and uses initiative to ensure excellent service & performance is of a high standard
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Microsoft Excel & Word
Microsoft Outlook
Must have a stable work track record
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Administrative/ customer service position
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
