**Responsibilities**

The incumbent will be responsible for the full creditors function including, but not limited to:

- Capturing of invoices
- Monthly creditors reconciliations
- Creditors processing/age analysis
- Daily follow up on creditors
- Recordkeeping and all other administrative tasks associated with the position.

**Requirments**:

- Matric
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Methodical and organized approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Knowledge In IQ Enterprise System Or Relevant.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrated experience working with accounting platforms.
