**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Project Manager. Coordination of project execution, documentation, perform project research, and assist in data entry tasks. Prepare reports, assist in ordering project materials, and organize operations schedules aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

**Required: Qualifications**

Matric (Grade 12)
N4-N6 Electrical Engineering Certificate
Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Advantage)
Project Management Certificate (Advantage)

**Required: Experience**

1-2 years Previous experience in coordinating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects & follow up with Suppliers.
1-2 years Admin Experience relevant to Projects
1-2 years of plant maintenance or installations work

**Preferred: Knowledge**

Project management knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package and MS Projects
Project management tools ( CAD and MS Projects)

**Job Specification & Key Responsibilities**

Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise
Oversee the progress in meeting clients' needs as the project evolves
Contact Customers to confirm bookings Schedule and plan Projects Installations.
Administer the issuing of stock and monitoring of stock usage and levels.
Participate in preparation of project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget
Fix any issues arising in the project and track project's progress
May act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Use project management tools to monitor timesheets and plans for sub-contractors.
Report and escalate to Project manager as needed.
Create, maintain and issue all appropriate legal paperwork, comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Work closely with the team to purchase material required on site using.
Receive material/stock ordered and keep a checklist of all material available in the warehouse.
The ability to timeously provide planned and updated project and summary reports, including cost breakdowns and summaries.
Help all stakeholder to contact each other and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Administer PO's for installation teams.
Responsible for the capture of orders, creating delivery notes, following up on outstanding delivery notes from projects.
Weekly/daily progress reports on installations project progress and health check projects
- Report on the planned vs actual productivity Provide efficient and accurate agendas, reports & minute taking where required.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Project Manager
