Ocean Freight Imports Controller

Ocean Freight Imports Controller accurately, effectively arrange and co-ordinate the entire import function from start to finish, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures whilst providing exceptional customer service.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric Certificate (Grade 12) or relevant NQF related qualification is essential
- A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience within the industry/role
- A good command of the English language is essential; Both written and spoken
- Well organised and ability to work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills in a similar environment
- Proven ability to prioritise responsibility and work under pressure
- Must be able to operate computer programs such as Windows and any other software that is standard within the industry. Cargowise knowledge particularly beneficial
- Team player
- Knowledge of INCOterms essential
