A 5* hotel in central Sandton with over 200 bedrooms seeks to emply an Assistant Banquet Manager : please see the specific requirements as below:
- bmust have both Co-ordination and Operations experience, matric and hospitality qualification a pre-requsite
- Minimum 2 years experience in banqueting management in 4/5* hotels - with a minimum of 4 venues with maz capacity at 350 pax
- Accustomed to high volumes and pressure
- Drivers licence / own transport
