- Dealing with the waitlists and complimentary reservations as per procedure
- Ensuring the provisional books are follow up and check for double bookings
- Balancing occupancies daily
- Following up on travel agent voucher correspondence and other documentation that might be outstanding.
- Ensuring the smooth runninng of the reservations department
- Checking arrivals
- Checking groups ensuring payment is received
- Completing daily reports
- Checking up on no shows and cancellations
