**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist the client in managing the number of devices not seen and updating status and comments.
- Provides escalations and analytics on onboarding, during life and decommissioning process of IT Assets.
- Develop life-cycle management programs for infrastructure assets and other Tangible Assets.
- Providing recommendations to senior leadership to continually evolve the role and improve the IT Asset Management program.
- Establish (with the assistance of the client and any external Managed Service Partners) an exceptions protocol that must be reported on (e.g., users not logging in for more than 14 days, software changes, etc.)
- Undertakes other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as required, within the scope of the position or as assigned by the client.
- Generate and prepare reports as defined by the client.
- Coordinate with the client to map and govern internal asset management processors and protocols.
- Facilitate asset audits, monthly meetings and reporting and escalate exceptions to respective persons.
- Authorize and assist internal warranty swap out processes.
- Participate actively in the end of rental term process.
- Verify, correct, assesses, and maintain client data records on multiple data sources provided by the client, including V-Track.
- Check for any issues, irregular changes, and requirements on V-Track and liaise to the development team.
- Periodic and ad hoc client data analysis and correction.
- Responsible for logging and tracking of errors/enhancements to Application Support team.
- Documentation and maintenance of system procedures.
- Managing existing asset coordinators.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting
- Establish processes and systems to establish and enhance effective reporting processes
- Work in conjunction with the client to establish expectations, reporting protocols, guidelines and practices for asset management and tracking
- Maintain reporting practices as per agreed upon timelines
- Ensure data integrity by updating, maintaining, and verifying data on the system
- Undertake full responsibility for month end and quarterly runs
- Work with the client to facilitate asset audits based on pre - determined timelines IT Systems Administration
- Arrange logistics for Qrent deliveries and collections

- Schedule and communicate systems maintenance and updates on a regular basis
- Oversee technical incidents by logging incident, following up and providing feedback on the status of the query
- Monitoring and daily initiation of manual batches General
- Maintain a professional standard of working, while maintaining a professional representation as an employee of the group
- Attend meetings as and when required
- Provide status updates to the client and the group

**IT Systems Administration**:

- Arrange logistics for Qrent deliveries and collections
- Establish, maintain, document and enhance systems processes and procedures
- Schedule and communicate systems maintenance and updates on a regular basis
- Oversee technical incidents by logging incident, following up and providing feedback on the status of the query
- Monitoring and daily initiation of manual batches

**General**:

- Maintain a professional standard of working, while maintaining a professional representation as an employee of the group
- Attend meetings as and when required
- Provide status updates to the client and the group

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ITIL: 3 years (preferred)
