Review work produced by junior finance team members

Liaise with 3rd parties where necessary to resolve issues

Fixed asset management

Manage treasury and monitor banking activities

Ensure adequate cashflow forecasting is prepared and monitored

Assess and identify risks to the company relating to finance, treasury, funding etc

Ensure effective risk mitigation measures are put in place

Ensure compliance with all statutory tax and reporting requirements

Stay abreast of tax legislation and regulations

Develop and update financial practices to ensure alignment with latest legislation and regulations

Prepare tax projections and tax planning

Provide leadership to finance and create a culture of quality

Maintain structure and strategy to meet strategies and targets

Develop performance management policies and procedures

**Skills & Experience**:
Minimum 7 years post article experience

Minimum 3 years within a financial services concern

Involvement in debt capital collection through funding institutions beneficial

**Qualification**:
CA(SA) OR ACMA, CGMA
