The Franschhoek Wine Tram is a popular tourist attraction located in Franschhoek, South Africa. As a tourist booking agent with IT computer knowledge and administration ability, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, managing tour groups, and the booking system. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

- Assisting customers with booking reservations, payments, and cancellations
- Managing tour groups, ensuring they are organized, on time, and running smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions
- Collaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer service.

To be considered for this job, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have experience in the tourism industry. A background in IT and administration will also be beneficial as you will be required to manage the booking system.

**Requirements**:

- Matric pass with B or higher in English. (Mathmatics, IT or CAT would be an advantage.)
- Bilingual English & Afrikaans.
- Other languages would be an advantage.
- Live in Franschhoek, Paarl or Stellenbosch.
- Non-smoker.
- Drivers license and own transport.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
