Job Overview / Purpose:
The Occupancy Coordinator is responsible for all occupancy-related activities for the properties.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

- Schedule and conduct interviews of potential applicants
- Send appointment letter to the Site Manager (when applicable)
- Consistently and accurately update all records
- Send appropriate letters to applicants, including: approval letters, waiting list letters, and rejection letters.

- Run and analyze background checks

- Prepare waiting list placement letters
- Prepare files for move in
- Review files for move in (when applicable)

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in affordable and/or public housing, specifically maintaining compliance of LIHTC program.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and internet usage

**Experience**:

- Administrative Operations: 1 year (required)
