KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is more than just a telemarketing position. It’s more than just earning a living. If you work for us, you’ll be challenged to push yourself every day. You’ll explore new ways of thinking: What turns a lead into a sale? What makes people say YES? You’ll have to navigate a high-paced work environment with people who are just as driven as you are. On any given day, you will be expected to:

- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and other Key Performance areas.
- Manage outbound contacts to international customer base for a professional product.
- Educate potential clients on specific processes and services related to our product.
- Qualifying and converting leads to sales daily
- Liaise with clients in a highly professional manner.
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Manage leads effectively and consistently, meet or exceeding allocated daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed Quality Assurance benchmarks.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
We’re interested in:

- Someone who is determined, can rise up to a challenge and continue to meet their goals, work hard no matter what. We are not looking for anyone who would like to “test” the waters.
- Fluency in English with a good telephone manner is essential. If you really want to impress us, show off an American accent
- If you speak a second internationally spoken language, BONUS
- Matric with at least 6 months Call Center Sales experience.
