**Requirements**:

- Clear Criminal record

- Min Matric Qualification
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in the administration of an internal Time & Attendance system
- Computer literate in MS Office with the ability to work on EXCEL on an intermediate level (Formulas & reports)
- Proven knowledge of the BCEA is essential.

**Duties**:

- Daily correction of clocking errors of relevant divisions
- Daily liaison with divisions to facilitate the correction of errors and absenteeism.
- Ongoing communication with divisional head regarding approval of overtime, leave and disciplinary issues.
- Distribution of timesheets for final approval by divisional heads within agreed upon timelines.
- Ensure that timesheet data is correct for payroll extraction timeously.
- Report any deviations/ irregularities regarding overtime to management.
- Register new employees on the time and attendance system.
- Ensure accuracy of terminations on the time and attendance system to prevent inaccurate payments/ reports.
- Be the point of contact for divisions with regards to devise malfunctions.
- Ensure correct set-up and maintenance of shift patterns on the time and attendance system.
