A well-established company is looking for a Payroll and Administration Clerk to join their Team. The company specializes in offering top-quality têxtile fastening solutions to the têxtile and associated industries. They are strategically positioned in three locations across the country: KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, and the Western Cape.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric
HR Qualification or progression towards qualification
Payroll (Sage Partner Payroll pref)
Processing and working knowledge experience (2yrs with weekly and monthly payrolls) with Time Attendance (pref UNICLOX)
Knowledge in Microsoft Office especially excel
Good communicator
Strong work ethic

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Assist MD with collating and distributing paperwork that stems from HR function
Weekly and monthly payroll using Uniclox System
Collect and verify timekeeping records and attendance information from employees
Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including addressing any discrepancies
Prepare and distribute payroll checks or coordinate with the finance department for direct deposits
Maintain payroll records and employee information in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Assist employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave
Collaborate with insurance providers and benefit vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits
Maintain employee records, including personal information, tax forms, and employment contracts
Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters
Update and maintain employee databases or HR information systems
Answer employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and general HR-related matters
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory as needed
to ensure accurate employee data and seamless information flow
