- Location- Johannesburg, Gauteng**Job Purpose**
- To drive the optimization of the day-to-day operations in Trustee and Administration services through increased operational efficiency and improved client experience. To identify and mitigate operational risk/issues through the collaboration with the Trustee and Administration teams by managing exceptions and timeous engagement with clients. Daily planning, organizing and execute on the service-oriented delivery.**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with CIB Transactional Services Product and Digital (by leveraging unique product SME knowledge & experience) in optimizing and investing in key technology, systems, and processes to continuously drive productivity, synergies, future opportunities, and efficiencies as per the agreed product priority backlog.
- Ensure a gold-standard client experience by executing on functional capabilities (including KPIs) that meets client expectations whilst deploying existing resources (systems, time, people) in innovative ways by reviewing and enhancing business work methods to improve efficiencies by focusing on standardization and automation.
- Ensure seamless client experience through efficient and reliable services by prioritizing high value clients.
- Identify and resolve client pain points through the engagement and escalation to the Senior Manager: Trustee Services
- Ensure exceptions are identified, tracked, resolved, and communicated to clients and relevant teams within market deadline cut-offs.
- Resolve exceptions that arise by taking appropriate action with the various role players in the value chain.
- Track, maintain, visualize, and report key performance (operational and financial), risk, control indicators to relevant reporting structures for the purpose of operational and client satisfaction.
- Foster innovation by driving and meeting client growth demands by streamlining engineering practices through digitization, process optimization and efficient management.
- Support opportunities to improve business processes, systems, and digitization by implementing effective ways to operate within Investor services and providing feedback to the Senior Manager: Trustee Services
- Ensure an effective control environment based on regulatory compliance, risk management, market conduct and other business process obligations to ensure alignment with internal and independent audits.
- Ownership and accountability for addressing any audit findings, risk items and general items.
- Identify areas of inefficiencies in the exception management process by addressing gaps and improving processes
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Bachelor of Commerce in Finance, Law, Accounting, Economics or Administration- Essential Certifications- Strate/JSE Certification
- Minimum Experience Level- 7+ years’ experience in Financial Services focused on Middle Office, Support Client Operations.
- 3 - 5+ years’ experience in leadership role
