**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan
- Conduct audits of various business areas and processes to identify risks and control weaknesses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide consulting and advisory services to management on risk management and control issues
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of identified issues
- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior management and the audit committee
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and changes in regulatory requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA
- Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit software
