**Qualifications**:
- Bookkeeping or Accounting qualification or studying towards (Highly advantageous)
- Strong proficiency in Great Plains and Oracle
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
**Key Responsibilities**: As a Debtors Administrator with our Client, you will play a pivotal role in our finance team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsibility of the Debtors Administrator function, including invoicing to clients, collection of arrears, and reporting on arrears.
- Preparing monthly fee invoices, recovery invoices, and ad hoc invoices via Great Plains, ensuring accuracy.
- Uploading invoices on Oracle.
- Efficiently managing the collection of overdue arrears through proactive follow-ups and collaboration with divisional heads and portfolio accountants.
- Preparation of various financial reports, including consolidated divisional debtors reports and IFRS 9 ECL Debtor’s report for management.
- Monthly reconciliation of income reports and bank reconciliations for multiple entities.
- Daily updating and circulation of the bank balance schedule.
- Assistance with the preparation and capturing of monthly journals.
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Providing accounting and financial support as needed.
