Training Facilitator - Generic Management Facilitator/ Assessor
Minimum Qualifications Requirements:
- Holder of an NQF Level 5 or higher qualification in Generic Management qualification or NQF 6 or higher in Business Administration
- Teaching / facilitation qualification with on the job management experience. Or studying towards ETDP qualification added advantage
- Must be a Constituent assessor (Services SETA registered)
- Knowledge of special needs educational delivery and the management environment of a variety of sectors.
- Proficiency in business administration and in delivery language(English) a must
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in either management role or training of Learnerships
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of training methodologies on different platforms i.e. e-learning
- Competitive administrative practice for POE development and E-learning platform management
- Moderator trained an added advantage
- Some experience in training learners with disabilities will be an added advantage
**Duties**:
Planning, Facilitation and administering training processes:
The individual should be able to:
- Facilitate to special needs unemployed youth of varied ability
- Align training schedule or implementation plan to project roll out plans
- Ensure learning environment and resources are mage available or arranged to meet organisational and legislative requirements for delivery.
- Carry out an integrated delivery of Unit Standard
- Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure
- Compile monthly reports
- Prepare course in line with what is required in the POE, Collect and review portfolios of learning evidence
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan.
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Industry they will be pursuing a career in.
- Provide input into the learner profiling for workplace and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for learner wellbeing
Skills and personal qualities
- Be friendly, approachable and professional with team ethics
- Have a good background in the Business Administration training and delivery arena
- Be able to relate knowledge to everyday situations in a practical way.
- Be able of thinking analytically and recall detailed information ( especially when doing research, planning and administrative analysis.
- Be versatile in your delivery and have innovative ways to deliver to varied groups of learners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: Up to R17,000.00 per month
