The Jonsson Workwear Technology team is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of IT hardware, software and networking of computers within the organisation. They work closely alongside various teams within the business to ensure service excellence and technological functionality.

The Technology Administrator forms part of the Jonsson Workwear Technology team and will be responsible for driving resolutions for IT incidents & problems according to business requirements.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- Manage the Service Desk and drive the resolution of day-to-day Technical System Operational Issues and Log for support.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on incidents and service requests and escalate to Technology Leader when required.
- Drive service continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate the registration and approval of IT changes, ensuring that company change management policies and processes are strictly adhered to.
- Must be willing to learn the backend of Technical Systems and Operational Process flows.
- Engage with service vendors to ensure timeous delivery.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly service management reports to IT team and Technology Leader.

**The experience we’re looking for**:

- General IT qualifications around Hardware, Software, ERP, and planning systems.
- IT service operations experience within Technology or Technical Services sectors.
- Project Management, SQL scripting and ITIL certification is advantageous.
- An IT-related tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Syspro ERP and Microsoft Office Experience would be positive.
- Service Desk and Technical Customer support experience essential.
