Qualifications:

- To be considered for this role, you should have a Matric certificate, with a Buying/Procurement/Business Diploma or degree being advantageous.

**Professional Expertise**:

- 3 - 5 Years Buying experience in the General Merchandise and/or
- 3 - 5 Years experience in Consumer Electronics Vendor/OEM Key Account Management and/or
- 3 - 5 Years’ relevant Consumer Electronics Retail distribution experience

**What will you be doing?**

Merchandise Key Dials Optimization:

- Track stretch rebate targets.
- Monitor provisions.
- Conduct range reviews.
- Maintain service level targets.
- Utilize BI tools.
- Prepare range review document.

Sales and Gross Profits Optimization:

- Achieve Sales and GP Budgets.
- Utilize Sales and GP Balancing Matrix.

Supplier Relationships Optimization:

- Enhance supplier relationships.
- Manage trade agreements.
- Provide supplier feedback.

Customer Service:

- Foster Customer-Centric culture.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Communicate issues.
- Conduct store visits.

Team Membership:

- Uphold professional standards.
- Conduct regular meetings.
- Adhere to processes.

Marketing and Promotional Advertising:

- Maximize promotional effectiveness.
- Submit advertising briefs.
- Monitor market dynamics.
- Plan promotional space.
