Role Overview: As the Senior Manager for Employee Recognition, Rewards, and Wellness, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being. You will develop and execute strategies to recognize and appreciate our employees' contributions, implement comprehensive rewards programs, and champion wellness initiatives to promote a healthy work-life balance. By fostering a positive and inclusive culture, you will help us attract and retain top talent while boosting employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a holistic employee recognition program that celebrates outstanding achievements, contributions, and milestones.
- Lead initiatives to identify and devise innovative reward models to support alternate/innovative employee contract and career models for Manco, in conjunction with the Global Rewards and Global Talent Solutions teams
- Design and administer comprehensive rewards and incentive programs that align with our organizational goals and values.
- Assist the GM with Executive updates on key financial metrics relating to the rewards portfolio (E.G staff cost metrics/trends/insights, productivity metrics, direct and indirect cost to company etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and innovative employee wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Measure the effectiveness of recognition, rewards, and wellness programs through data analysis and feedback to continually improve and refine initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in employee recognition, rewards, and wellness, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our programs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 year tertiary degree (specialization in Commerce/Finance/Mathematics/Sciences/Business Management/Human Resources as appropriate)
- MBA or Masters / Chartered Accountancy (advantageous)
- Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body relevant to compensation, benefits and recognition
- Proven experience in developing and managing employee recognition, rewards, and wellness programs within a large, multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of best practices in employee engagement, remuneration structures, talent management, and organizational development.
- High numeracy and strong financial acumen to develop and manage budgets, analyze data, and measure the financial impact of recognition, rewards, remuneration and wellness programs.
- Ability to design programs that consider the instability of financial markets and adapt strategies to accommodate changing economic conditions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and use data-driven insights for decision-making.
