MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

**Develop Marketing Strategies**
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to promote the group's brand and individual properties
- Identify target markets and develop tailored marketing campaigns to reach new potential travellers
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

**Digital Marketing Management**
- Monitor online presence and engagement metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement

**Content Creation and Branding**
- Manage the creation of compelling content for marketing materials, digital channels and brand campaigns
- Ensure a consistent brand experience throughout the guest journey
- Work with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content

**Marketing Campaign Execution**
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
- Co-ordinate with internal departments and external agencies to implement marketing initiatives effectively
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to assess ROI and optimise future efforts

**Customer Relationship & Market Analysis**
- Careful segmenting and management of the company database
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
- Generate regular reports on marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights

REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing roles with a focus on hospitality or a related industry is preferred
- Ability to motivate and lead a team of professionals
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and platforms
- A good understanding of luxury brands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and analytical abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and software

South African citizenship is advantageous. A valid work permit is essential if you are not in possession of a South African ID document.
