**Job Purpose**:
The Department of Infrastructure, Western Cape Government has an employment opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to manage the rendering of transversal financial and administrative support to the Immovable Asset Management Chief Directorate.

**Minimum Requirements**:
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B- Degree (or equivalent qualification); A minimum of 2 years financial administration experience.

**Key Performance Areas**:
Assist with effecting municipal services in the portfolio; Assist with effecting property rates payments in the portfolio; Assist with reporting on the portfolio

**Remuneration**:
R 308 154 per annum (Salary level 7)
