Our Hotel situated in Midrand is seeking a Front Office Manager:
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Guest relations
- Management of the Front office and its procedures
- Staff Management (Recruitment, training)
- Reservations
- Financial (Debtors, Petty Cash, Float)
- Communicate with all relevant departments at all times
- Maintain the Health and Safety procedures of the Hotel
- DM shifts
Minimum requirements:
- Hotel diploma and/or 2 years experience
- PC literate
- Proven track record
