**Job Purpose**:Manage the business for the entire country in terms of Services Business development, profitability, compliance, processes, Service delivery, Vendors/Partners engagement and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer Related:
- Improving the CSAT and NPS score for the country
- Managing Escalations and customer satisfaction
- Regular meetings with customers
- Service Delivery

Vendor Related:
- Manage Vendor Satisfaction by achieving all the KPI targets and improving the Customer satisfaction
- Business Related:
- Have a good understanding of IT Services business and business requirements and to devise innovative ways to improve business outcomes
- To develop and implement business strategy for a country and to coordinate the overall corporate strategy with local operations
- Adding new customers on a regular basis to all the verticals
- Business development and managing the pricing
- Managing the Account receivable, Inventory and OPEX for the country.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness.
- Maintain relationships with customers, retailers, and suppliers.
- Review and evaluate competitors.
- Create and implement effective business plans.

Self and Team:
- Giving proper guidance to team members with proper solution at the right time
- Coordinating with all team members and aligning the activity and workload daily

**Requirements and skills: -**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- 3+ years’ proven experience in a leadership or management role; preferably in IT Services domain
- Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
