Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Capturing financial transactions on Quickbooks (sales/purchases/payments/expense claims). Training on Quickbooks will be provided.
- Filling source documents.
- Sending invoices & statements to clients.
- Sending sales and expense reports to the accountant.
- Ordering of office supplies (inks/paper/stationery).
- Answering the office phone and directing the calls.
- Arranging of courier to clients.
- Any Ad-hoc/Admin tasks that arise.
**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R8,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- bookkeeping: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
