Our client an Automotive Accessories company is urgently looking for the expertise of a seasoned, efficient individual to manage and ensure the smooth running of their office, including finances, commissions, stock control, processing forex payments from overseas suppliers with some understanding of problem solving when it comes to IT related issues.

Attention to detail, strong business communication and writing skills are essential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Financial and HR**
- Processing of orders, invoices, credit notes, statements, age analysis, debt collection.
- Capturing incoming payments (EFT, Yoco card machine.)
- Petty cash.
- Creditors: Processing of orders, ensuring all invoices and statements are obtained and accurate for management
- Processing forex payments for overseas suppliers.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records
- Prepare commissions, check expense claims.
- Maintain company policies and procedures

**Administrative**
- Maintain purchase orders, etc.
- Raise invoices per POS
- Stock management.
- Drafting of letters and documents to be signed off by management for clients, suppliers, and personnel.
- Filing and archiving.

**General**
- Telephone system management.
- Request quotations from suppliers when necessary.
- Shipping arrangements.
- Monthly/weekly grocery and stationery shopping.
- Switchboard duty if necessary.
- Adhoc duties where needed.

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
Administration and bookkeeping experience gained
- Matric certificate.
- **Sage Accounting package**:

- Microsoft Office
- Advance Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal skills.
- Self-starter who can work without supervision and have the ability to work independently
- Qualification in Bookkeeping

Area: Pretoria East

**Salary**: R 15 000 - R 25 000 depending on experience/qualifications
