**Responsibilities**:

- Debtor and creditor management
- Monitor and reconcile customer and vendor accounts
- Importing, exporting, capturing and reconciling transactions between different systems
- Management account preparation, analysis and reporting
- Budgets: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasting
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Participate in the development and improvement of financial processes and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Associate degree in Accounting / relevant diploma
- Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems
- Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and data analysis
- 2 - 5 years' relevant experience
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment
- Exposure in commercial retail (restaurants/shops/ hotel etc and related back-office software) would be advantageous
- Team player with the ability to work well with colleagues across different department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
