Would you like to manage a sales team within a fast-growing international travel business that **aspires to be the world’s best customer-focused tailor-made experiential travel company**?

The Sales Team Leader will report to the Senior Sales Manager for Germany and will be responsible for driving sales for a team of up to 3 travel consultants, as well as contributing with their own sales for their assigned destinations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively lead and support a sales team of up to 3 team members to achieve their sales goals.
- Develop and coach existing team members on sales and analytical skills to enhance their performance.
- Contribute with your own sales towards team targets.
- Contribute to team meetings and sales blitzes to ensure high motivation and knowledge sharing between team members.
- Facilitate sharing of standard methodologies within and across other sales teams.
- Set goals and priorities for each team member in line with the company goals, track activities and team performance on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Must be able to speak German fluently.
