- To adopt a holistic view to students in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. To create a positive learning environment and motivate students to achieve their full potential.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Excellent interpersonal and digital skills
- Organizational skills that are enhanced through a growth mindset
- Ability, insight and skill in running and updating a static IT lab (desktops and laptops)
- Ability to manage all aspects of running banks of ipads (MDM system management)
- Experience and a firm understanding of integrating technology into the current curriculum
- Ability to coordinate and promote future-focused, digital innovation and integration from Grade 1 to Grade 7
- Sound knowledge and skill in working with ipads in a learning environment
- Accreditation as an Apple Distinguished Teacher is advantageous
- Experience in using Google Classroom
- Ability to adapt and extend existing Coding curricula
- A willingness to work beyond normal working hours when required
- Ability to photograph, document and report on weekly school events for the newsletter
- Full participation in co-curricular activities as well as offering coding and robotics clubs to various age groups
- **MUST be able to teach Mathematics and or Sciences (Natural/Social) to Grade 5 & 6**

- Assessment of student outcomes and feedback to enhance performance
- Genuine care and attention for the highest standards of student welfare
- A minimum of **2 /3/4/5** years’ experience with students in a Primary school
- Highly competent with use of ICT in teaching
- Previous experience with IEB Programmes
- Previous experience in a high-performing school
- University degree in appropriate phase (Intermediate Phase)
- Certified Teaching Status - SACE registered
- Appropriate right to work
- Google /Apple Accredited Educator
