An opportunity exists for the role of Senior Operations Manager in our Software Solutions business.

Role Description:
The role of Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day to day activities of the business, typically ensuring smooth operation of various processes for a particular product or set of products across various operational areas. They must understand the key product goals of the business unit in order to prioritise their focus areas.

The main responsibilities of this individual include, but are not limited to, the functions below.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a member of the Senior Operations Management team
- Supervision and management of staff
- Release management and communication
- System monitoring and risk management
- Incident management
- Management and handling of escalated support
- Third-party relations
- Supervision of billing systems and processes

**Requirements**:

- A formal 3 year University qualification
- Good technical skills
- Superior Software Solutions product knowledge
- Ability to manage staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and work prioritisation skills
