**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the JOBJACK team to maintain and improve JOBJACK psychometric assessments to be optimal for clients.
- Engage with HR teams from various clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide effective solutions from an Organisational Development perspective that facilitates effective Change Management and talent management within the organization.
- Continuously identifying improvements that could be made to the JOBJACK Assessment product offering.
- Work with clients to job profile their current roles. This will include improving their job descriptions and implementing industry standards for recruitment, selection and talent management.
- Conduct job analysis and competency frameworks for prospective clients.
- Provide retrospective and next-step feedback to clients with regard to proof of concepts, pilots and trials that have been conducted.
- Provide feedback and support to clients on assessment results and usage across the company.
- Willing to contribute into:

- Organisational Development Framework for JOBJACK’s new clients
- Talent Management Pipelines for existing and future clients
- Using R-studio to conduct statistical analyses on data collected from assessments.
- Contributing to the development and improvement of assessments based on statistical findings

**Requirements**:

- Must be a registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
- At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role (Experience in a Blue-collar environment is beneficial)
- Proficient in using R-studio for statistical analysis or willingness to grow in this area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop creative solutions
