**Job brief**:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team to support the Customer Success and Implementation Team while providing oversight on projects within our organisation.

Project Coordinator’s responsibilities include coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and according to high standards. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, communicating with clients and keeping clients updated.

The Project Coordinator role includes working closely with the Success and Implementation Manager to prepare comprehensive project plans, allocating resources, timelines and deadlines for each project from conception to completion.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

**Responsibilities include**:
- Research information to support other teams and departments as needed-
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking meeting notes-
- Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner-
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information-
- Break projects into work items, set time frames and assign to internal team members-
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives-
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field-
- Keep track of and report on project progress-
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs-
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers-
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise-
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve-
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants-
- Use assigned tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures-
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)-
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports-
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope-
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors**Benefits**:
