We are seeking to employ an intermediate to mid-level Sales Development Representative (SDR).

**About You**

Most importantly, your biggest point of success in this role will require you to be outspoken, confident and professional.
**Position Overview**:
As an Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads that are generated through our campaigns.
This is not a sales role, therefore your duties will not be to sell anything. Instead, you will be developing our clients sales pipeline, that's already been generated from our camapigns.

The position requires constant micro-decisions, thinking on the spot, and the work at a calm past with several tasks in a given day. We’ll give you the tools, and training to be successful, but your hard work and ingenuity will bring this role to life.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for our client
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards campaign goals
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop strategies towards improving campaign performance
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Use marketing automation tools to execute camapigns
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
- Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

**Requirements - Must Haves**:
- 2 years minimum work-experience in sales or executive level customer facing roles
- Strong handle of process management, customer success and ability to take on responsibility
- Deep interest in business
- Great with people & understanding of needs
- Understand the power of marketing automation & B2B sales
- Excellent communicator - written & verbal
- Good record of delivery with small teams
- Able to communicate with C-Level execs

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: R7 500,00 per month for the first three months (probation), thereafter, you will be moved to a permanent position with a salary increase
