**IT HELP DESK SUPPORT AND WEBSITE ADMINISTRATOR**
**Paarl**
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by staff.
- Logging and closing calls.
- Walk the staff member through the problem-solving process.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update staff on progress.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by staff to the appropriate internal team.
- Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
- Locate, Test, and Report Bugs.
- Write up troubleshooting methods and recommendations.
- Provide staff with a safe and secure platform and terminal to alleviate frustrations and problems and ultimately give them security and stability through guidance and support.
- Website administration for various platforms using WordPress.
- Providing reports using Google Analytics and website performance.
- Adhoc duties as requested
**JOB & PERSON SPECIFICATIONS**:
- Matric certificate.
- Own transport.
- Tertiary qualification advantageous but not essential.
- Helpdesk support experience (minimum 2 years).
- The capacity to prioritise tasks and projects effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of web maintenance and web development (website functionality).
- Front-end development experience that contributes to a website's appearance and usability.
- WordPress (CSS & HTML)
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
A market related salary package is offered. The position is available immediately.
Pay: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
