**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Day-to-day office administration as directed by the project manager or chief executive officer.
Take minutes of project briefings and distribute minutes and relevant material to all project field team members
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information with relevant stakeholders and project team as required
Filing and storage of project documentation such as contracts, invoices, receipts, and other project material as required
Provide assistance in various stages of research process including but not limited to research design, implementation, analysis and reporting.
Maintain a project execution tracking system
As requested by management

Higher education qualification in Office Administration or equivalent.
Experience in office administration and clerical work is advantageous.
Background in Market Research is advantageous.
Professional, well spoken
High level telephone etiquette
Written and communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
