**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Draft internal guidelines to be followed in developing or updating the 5 year Strategic Plan in line with national prescripts.
- Engage company Programmes in preparing their inputs and participate in Strategic Plan sessions of the
- Draft terms of reference for design, layout, printing of the final approved Strategic Plan for tabling to Parliament and external distribution.
- Draft internal guidelines with latest change if they exist informed by national prescripts to guide Programmes.
- Support, analyse and advise Programmes on their draft inputs into the APP
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with presentation to Exco, extended Exco and Programme Mancos on the draft APP
- Ensure that the APP including the SP amendments are posted on the company website.
- Participate in the MTEF process to inform the alignment towards the Strategic Plan
- Support the CFO in managing and coordinating the nonfinancial section of the ENE chapter (indicators on APP) and AENE
- Develop an annual template based on the Planning Framework
- Draft guidelines on Operational plan aligned to the APP development process
- Facilitate and analyse entities Strategic Plans, Annual Performance Plans and Shareholder Compacts
- Advise on planning items to be tabled at Chief Executive Officers Forums (CEOs Forums), COHORT and Chairpersons Forum

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years experience in strategic planning, M&E and or budgeting frameworks.
- A tertiary qualification at NQF level 6 in Social Science or Public Administration or Commerce or Humanities
