**Overview**:
As the Head of Business Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives through effective business analysis, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. You will lead a team of skilled business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to deliver high-impact results. This position requires a seasoned professional with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leadership_
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Analysis team.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business analysis initiatives with organizational goals.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning_
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business analysis strategy to support organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization through effective analysis and feedback.
- Stakeholder Collaboration_
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Project Management_
- Oversee the end-to-end business analysis process for projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Quality Assurance:_
- Establish and enforce best practices for business analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to guarantee compliance with industry standards.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex business analysis projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
