About the Job

We’re looking for someone to work closely with management to understand project requirements and expectations and distill these into reasonable timelines and actionable to-dos for our growing team.

To be a great fit in this role you’ll be able to plan and manage a project from start to finish. You’ll have experience taking rough concepts or ideas and scoping them into defined plans, creating a plan framework, and communicating timelines, goals, and budgets to the relevant teams. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between senior management and various internal teams, and facilitate communication between teams. Strong problem-solving ability and organization are a must You should be able to handle multiple, multi-departmental projects simultaneously. You should be able to see the big picture and manage timelines concurrently to ensure proper time and resource management throughout the business. It’s important that you have an understanding of the technical side of digital marketing so that you understand the steps involved in making projects happen within an agency environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Project planning and management: This involves defining project scope, creating a project plan, setting timelines, and managing project resources, where necessary.

2. Communication: Communicate with senior management and internal teams to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.

3. Team management: Manage teams of SEO specialists, marketing specialists, designers, developers, content creators, and team leaders to ensure that they work together effectively and deliver their work on time.

4. Budget management: Ensure that the project is delivered within budget by monitoring expenses and adjusting the project plan as necessary.

5. Quality assurance: Ensuring that the project meets the required level of quality and that any issues are addressed or escalated quickly.

6. Risk management: Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.

7. Status reports: Provide status updates and reports as required.

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of industry trends
- Ability to manage oneself and a team

Additional Requirements
- At least 5 years of high level Project Management, preferably in a Remote Agency environment
- A solid understanding of business requirements in a high growth cycle
- 2 - 5yrs experience Exposure to a process-driven environment managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience in SEO or Digital Marketing is extremely beneficial
- 2 - 5yrs experience in traditional and Agile Project Management
- Work in a servant leader capacity within a cross-functional team
- Excellent oral and written communications skills (English)
- Day to Day management of the delivery teams
- Has a no-compromise attitude to quality
- Exceptional time management skills to facilitate all aspects of the team's planning and prioritization process
- Curious and interested in continuous learning, with a desire to grow their own skills and that of their teams, and adapt new tools and processes
- Ability to work in a very pressurized environment and deliver on tight deadlines
- Be willing to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with fellow team members
- Ability to display and convey thought leadership within your area of expertise
- Combination of Business & Technical Marketing backgrounds advantageous
- Solid comprehension of Agile principles
- A good problem solving\trouble shooting mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit & can-do attitude
- High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma
- PMI Project Manager/ Certified Project Manager

Technical:

- Expert user of MS office suite and Google suite of tools
- Solid experience in Project Management tools like to Click Up
- Experience with remote team management and communication tools like Slack
- Experience with CRM’s such as HubSpot and FreshSales
- Fundamental understanding of technical digital marketing concepts such as SEO, social media marketing, website development, and website analytics
