**Systems Support and Software Trainer**

As a member of the tech and data team you would be helping our division to roll out solutions that we have either been developed in house or acquired externally.

We treat our restaurant operations team as our “customer” and you would be responsible for creating training material and ensuring that our customer is continuously trained and supported on these systems. We want you to conduct regular audits on the data collected in the systems and then adapt training. You will become the “expert” on these systems, and as the member on the ground, the tech team will value your input and critical assessments.

You will need to have attention to detail, communicate well, and enjoy solving complex problems.

**Our Hiring Process**

Should you be called for an assessment, you will be required to write a 30 minute logic test, and a 10 minute problem solving question. It's nothing that can be prepared for, and will not require any technical expertise. This will either be completed just before the interview or arranged for a separate time.

The interview itself will be relaxed and kept informal. We want to learn more about you, and of course you of us.

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
