**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to work with us and one of our partner organisations to deliver on a strategically important global project. The role is split into two main components; technical tracking infrastructure and communications.

**Technical tracking infrastructure**

This is a more technical project management role which requires you to understand the advertising world and its technical platforms and components. It also requires you to be comfortable with more technical database tools; writing SQL queries and building out technical trackers on Google sheets and other Google technologies.

**Communications**

You’re the central point of connectivity between our partners and their clients. Collecting the data, monitoring for accuracy, cleanliness and completeness. It’s your responsibility to ensure that we gather and build the data which gives us the holistic global view we’re building.

You should have a background in Technical Project Management, bringing lessons learnt to the role with you. And an understanding or experience of the advertising industry so that you can focus on the challenges of the role because you already know our landscape and language.

This is a high profile spot and you are the star player. You’ll be expected to measure and report on your progress and continually drive the project forward. Working closely with our client you’ll set measurements that drive the project forward. The global nature of this role does mean that some early mornings and late nights are expected so that you can meet people in their timezone. **Responsibilities**
- Drive and perform data collection, cleaning and accuracy checks
- Scope, monitor and regularly report on KPI’s
- Evangelise for the project and train colleagues on the system
- Manage data collection infrastructure
- Update existing SQL scripts which enable data submission to the data lake
- Perform data hygiene tasks
- Problem solving technical issues
- Perform basic data analysis
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules and resource allocation plans.
- Lead project kickoff meetings to align team members on objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial adherence.
- Outline project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Plan, manage, and execute project activities, including documentation.
- Coordinate closely with multi-discipline teams, fostering collaboration.
- Ensure delivery compliance and uphold quality standards throughout projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal business units.
- Liaise with clients to understand needs and manage expectations.
- Identify and address potential project risks, devising contingency plans.
- Manage scope and change requests to avoid delays and cost overages.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of as project manager
- Experience writing SQL code
- Self-motivated learner with a positive attitude, excelling at independent work
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
- Effective communicator, fostering collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Resilient and adaptable under pressure, with a track record in advertising and technical project management
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including client interactions
- Exceptional organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities

- Capable of interpreting complex information

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4-8 years of experience in advertising sales, project management, business development, client services, agency, consulting, or media

Additional Information

Some degree of familiarity with the following would be preferred but is not mandatory:

- Proven experience working in advertising or fast-moving brand/marketing environments with localisation production work exposure (1 year minimum)
- Extensive experience in fast-paced media asset production account, overseeing all aspects of brief ingestion, project and resource planning, overseeing all asset production, asset delivery, and financials
