Retentions Agent

**bOnline, a UK based company, is looking for an energized, ambitious, experienced Retention Agent to join their Service Team based in the beautiful southern suburb of Cape Town.**

**What role will you be fulfilling as Retentions Agent?**
- **Be the first point of contact for our customers**:

- **Ensuring First Call Resolution by becoming a product expert to all of the services rendered by bOnline.**:

- **Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve basic to complex support problems for customer inquiries received via inbound calls and live chat.**:

- **Responsible for not losing customers to other providers**:

- **Call lost customers and establishing reason for cancelling**:

- **Building report and feedback on findings**:

- **Ensuring retained customers are happy**:

- **Providing 5 star customer service**:

- **Work in a fast paced call centre environment**:

- **Attending to inbound calls, live chat, cancellations, and renewals etc**

**Do you have the following experience and skills set?**
- **Matric Certificate**:

- **Experience working as part of a retentions team**:

- **Experience dealing with disputes and or complaints.**:

- **Previous experience dealing with Ombudsman's cases will be to your advantage.**:

- **Strong communications skills**:

- **Experience working with UK clientele preferred**:

- **Strong problem solving skills**:

- **Innovative thinking abilities**:

- **VoIP based experience will be to your advantage**

**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month
