**Position: Retention Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conversion**: Engage newly registered customers to introduce our client's products, aiming to convert them into active, depositing customers.
- **Retention**: Foster relationships with existing customers across all statuses (dormant, active, VIP) to maximize cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate the value and features of our offerings to customers during the onboarding process.

**Key Roles**:

- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively in teams to address customer issues, optimize opportunities, and drive revenue.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet and exceed all revenue targets.
- **Dialler Activity**: Maintain the required daily total calls and talk time.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer concerns promptly.
- **Risk Management**: Follow risk management protocols to identify, assess, and mitigate business and customer risks.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate sales, objections, problems, and goals with superiors to uphold service quality and our client's reputation.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Grade 12 qualification
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales or outbound call centers
- Preferably previous experience in online gaming/lottery/forex industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Persuasive negotiation skills
- Effective listening skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving abilities
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of trading platforms and the lottery industry/gambling
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

Pay: R10 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
